About your role:
Your role will be essential in structuring the finance function and ensuring accuracy in our reporting.
The goal is to build a solid finance & accounting structure where the finance manager no longer handles execution but instead focuses on strategy and oversight. Your experience will be key in making this transition smooth and efficient.
What you will do:
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of key accounting tasks, including but not limited too:
✔ Analytical Accounting - experience with Revenue Recognition (subscription revenue) is a plus
✔ Prepare & maintain accurate financial records for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
✔ Financial reporting & reconciliations
✔ General ledger management
✔ Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
✔ VAT Control & preparation of VAT declarations
Who You Are
✔ You have bookkeeping experience, even if in a different country
✔ You are confident handling month-end closings & financial reporting
✔ You are detail-oriented and structured in your approach
✔ You have experience with analytical accounting and accounting tools (like Exact Online - Silverfin - Bright Analytics, or similar) - Experience with Exact Online is a big plus
✔ You enjoy collaborating and sharing knowledge
